The most affordable standard product for international merchandise shipping is DHL Päckchen International. It includes no liability, no insurance, and cannot be tracked. This means there is neither tracking nor product liability in case of loss.

Hazardous materials such as batteries, rechargeable batteries, or devices with permanently installed batteries may not be sent abroad by private customers.
This rule exists to protect everyone involved. It also protects you legally because private customers cannot ensure that the type of battery is suitable for shipping.
In addition, we cannot check whether the packaging is secured against short circuits, discharge, and transport risks.

You can have your shipments collected anywhere in Germany at the address of your choice.
You can also register a safe drop-off location for parcel pickups in case you are not at home.
