Please note that a (postal) shipment from abroad is not necessarily delivered in Germany by Deutsche Post or DHL Parcel. Shipments may also be delivered to recipients in Germany by other market participants.

You can check via shipment tracking whether a shipment has already been handed over to Deutsche Post or DHL Parcel by entering the tracking number there. If no shipment can be found for the tracking number you entered, the shipment may not yet have entered the network of Deutsche Post or DHL Parcel, or it may possibly be delivered via another service provider. In the case of delivery via another market participant, Deutsche Post and DHL Parcel unfortunately cannot provide any information about the shipment.
